1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the iPredict mobile application or website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and iPredict ("we", "our", or "us"). We may update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

iPredict is an entertainment and personal insight application that provides AI-generated astrological readings, numerology calculations, lucky day predictions, feng shui guidance, lottery number suggestions, and compatibility readings. These services are provided for entertainment and informational purposes only.

Important: iPredict is not a substitute for professional advice (financial, medical, legal, or otherwise). All predictions and readings are generated by artificial intelligence and should be treated as entertainment. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

iPredict offers free and premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions are billed through Stripe and are governed by the following terms:

• Billing: Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time through your account settings or the App Store; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled in accordance with Apple App Store or Google Play Store policies, as applicable
• Price changes: We will provide advance notice of any price changes
• Promo codes: Are non-transferable, may only be used once per account, and have no cash value

5. Referral Program

iPredict operates a referral program where users can earn premium access by inviting others. By participating:

• Referral rewards are granted at our discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time
• Abuse of the referral system (self-referrals, fake accounts, automated abuse) will result in account suspension
• Referral rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app
• Circumvent any access restrictions, usage limits, or payment requirements
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service by automated means
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
• Create multiple accounts to exploit free tiers or referral programs
• Use the Service to harass, harm, or defraud others

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, trademarks, logos, and features of the Service are the exclusive property of iPredict or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

AI-generated predictions and readings delivered to you through the Service are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may share individual readings on social media for personal use.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

ALL ASTROLOGICAL, NUMEROLOGICAL, AND PREDICTIVE CONTENT IS PROVIDED FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATION THAT ANY PREDICTION WILL COME TRUE OR BE ACCURATE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IPREDICT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
